• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within India takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order values (if applicable).

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

Returns & Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
• Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
• To be eligible for exchange:
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process

1. Contact us at support@rhuheebyamisha.in with your order details and photos of the issue.
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. Once approved, you must return the product to our address.
4. After inspection, we will ship you the replacement item.

Shipping for Exchanges

• If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For other valid exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
